In NLP, our State is our way of being, our mood, the way that we feel. Our state is influenced by our interaction with our external environment, how well our bodies are functioning and also our thinking (including our emotions).
Learning to understand the human mind is crucial if we want to learn to manage our state. The mind can be our greatest ally or our most troublesome enemy if we don’t fully under-stand it, or how to manage it. Recognizing how our minds works can be the first step we take towards mastering it.
