Anchors are simply associated learnings, and this exercise will help you to explore and  examine your own anchors.
Spend 10-15 minutes considering any relational anchors you may have by assessing how  well you relate to different types of people. Don’t worry about justifying or explaining why  you may feel a certain way towards a particular people group — this exercise is primarily  about you acknowledging your habitual response.
